Fantastic stay, minor hiccups don’t change that

It’s brand new, staff is very helpful and accommodating, in a quiet spot but right by all the restaurants/street etc, close to the beach.

Hiccups with the WiFi, keys expire every 2-3 days (had to change 2 times during 1 week stay), no designated/guarded parking (street parking essentially)

A fun stay with family at the Silken Platja D'Aro.

I loved the pool area, the location, and the compact but well-planned modern rooms. Xavi in the reception was efficient, friendly and caring.

We disliked the lack of a strict non-smoking policy in the hotel, pool area, and particularly room balconies. As such, if you are a non-smoker but the room next door has a smoker on the balcony you get all the negatives, smoke, pollution, and health hazards. I think the hotel could create non-smoking areas or floors and that would elevate the quality of accommodation a lot.

Excellent Location and facilities.

The location, the staff and the facilities. All great. They attend our initial request for the bed and I am very grateful for that. The pool and the relax enviroment!

All god, with exception during the day the air condition works differerent. Later at night gets colder but it is quite different system that we are used too. But this was gently clarified by the reception. Thanks for the help

Great place to stay for a comfortable family break

It was a really good location. Easy to get to all the shops and restaurants and beach. Well kept, comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Good pool and sunbeds.

Family room had an unstable bunk bed. There were not that many towels and you had to pay 10 euros for a towel to use on the terrace. Check in was slow and the family bedroom was not ready in time.

Very nice room, everything was new and lovely. Good location and plenty of parking spaces. Close to the city center as well.

The bed was making squeaky noises every time you tried to turned around, which was a bit annoying.

New, modern, clean, love the swimming pool and the bar of the pool, nice bathroom, excellent terrace in the room

The staff was not interactive and they woke up my boyfriend and me two times because of a fake fire alarm, and did not give us any apology or discount or anything

Breakfast first class. Peaceful. Good beds. Prices of drinks really good.

No one around after 10 for laye bar drink and had to shout in the kitchen for them

Modern, nice and clean hotel in an active area

Very modern, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic (lots of choices and all in good quality). Location of the hotel good to have dinner outside in the evening, go shopping or walking quickly to the beach. Free parking sometimes difficult.

Almost perfect!

Great hotel, AC worked a dream, terrace room really cool, pool was nice, almost everything perfect.

No toilet brush? Sounds funny but it's true. We asked for one and the reception wanted to send a cleaning person... Kind of embarrassing and hard to understand for me why no brush. Stinky elevators.

Pleasant stay

Very good location in Platja D'Aro, everything is within walking distance. Lovely beach close by and loads of restaurants to chose from. Staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. We always got a sunbed by the pool and it was really nice having the Pool Bar.

Very Good

Above all, I like the location of this property. It’s very close to the bus station, close to the main shopping street, there are restaurants everywhere and it is only 5-10 mins away from the beach. The hotel itself is also beautiful. It’s new and modern and both me and my partner loved the vibe.

We stayed for nights. They gave us a double room on our first night because the single ones are booked even though thats what we booked. They gave us another room the day after but the electricity kept going off. Out of all the plugs, only one worked and the aircon needed to be kept restarted from their main plug as it consistently turns off and it gets very warm in the room.

Wonderful

Brand-new hotel and very spacious room. Amazing breakfast and nice swimming pool area. Beach at a walking distance, as well as the downtown area. We could park for free, relatively close to the hotel.
